The Explosion Isolation Valve EV-VF is designed to safeguard equipment and personnel by isolating explosion events. Constructed from high-quality pressed steel, this valve delivers reliable performance under both low-speed and high-speed operating conditions. Its rapid-closure mechanism and precise sealing ensure that flames and pressure are effectively contained, preventing the propagation of an explosion to adjacent systems.
The VigiFlap is an explosion isolation valve engineered to prevent the spread of overpressure or flame fronts caused by an explosion in downstream equipment such as dust collectors, cyclones, and filters.
The valve remains open either through air flow or a proprietary locking mechanism, which enables its use as an explosion isolation device for both the inlet and outlet of a vessel.
The VigiFlap Explosion Isolation Valve is ATEX Certified for effective explosion containment.
CP05 Explosion Control Panel
The CP05 is a powered relay which interprets signals from the Vigiflap and alerts the user to any faults or emergencies. Additionally, it intrinsically isolates the dust level sensor from the rest of the circuit so that neither fires nor surges from the dust sensor during an explosion can affect the rest of the circuit.
